We regularly advise clients on the potential challenges available under a will, as well as any other possible claims that may be made against an estate. We are also able to advise on the complexities of this particular area of law.
We are aware that disputes of this type often involve family members and can be emotionally charged.
We aim to secure outcomes which preserve or restore good relations, whilst ensuring that our clients’ interests are protected. In the vast majority of cases this can be achieved without the need to involve the Courts, but in the event that proceedings are necessary, we will support, advise and represent you robustly and fairly in order to see what can often be the most complex and time consuming of claims through to their conclusion.
