Potential additional costs
-
Dealing with the sale or transfer of any property in the estate is not included. We are not conveyancers and do not offer this service. If a transfer or sale of a property is required as part of the probate process we will advise you and can work with any conveyancer you choose or we can suggest some that we have worked with in the past. Please note that we do not offer or take and referral fees with respect to any work we undertake.
-
If there is no Will or the Will is in the possession of another person or business there are likely to be additional costs that could range significantly depending upon the circumstances and the work required to retrieve the Will or else to advise and consider the intestacy rules where the deceased did not make a Will.
-
If any additional work or advice is required over and above what has been agreed as part of our estimated costs, costs could increase. We will discuss these with you at the relevant time.
